When clicking on View the full list in JIRA you are redirected to the relevant filter in the JIRA Issue Navigator.

There a two main views: the Detail and List view. You can toggle this via Change View

The basic search provides a user-friendly interface that lets you define queries

Examples

Search for all bugs with text contains “xslt”: type xslt and click on Search

Search for all bugs with patch version C207

Select More and type/select Patch version

Type 'c207' in Patch version and click on Update
