ulrich-merkel said 9.6. offers a new window type "popup". See the use of this option with a list-of-values functionality implemented as popup menu and popup page for the keyboard-only users. The document is posted on the download section here. An "extended version" including the 9.6. export file can be downloaded from www.uli-merkel.de and a screencast will be posted there shortly.
