Logging a case on Frontline,

I try to log a new case on Frontline, and it's giving me incorrect password, and then a login screen which doesn't accept either my user name or my password.
Is this function offline?


  1. I'm able to login to Frontline (just checked) through my existing credentials.
    The call submission process for Compuware employees is different; i.e. not through Frontline. And since I still am one of their workforce, I can't check this part of Frontline for you, sorry....

  2. Yeah, I can get on to Frontline, it's when I hit report/track cases.
