  1. Hi Dammie,

this can be done with the "mode" dropdownlist in your PRATT.

In P_MSWINX you have different Zooms and Orientations.

    mode 0: 100% portrait
    mode 1: 100% landscape
    mode 2: 075% portrait
    ......

    Success, Uli

  2. Hi Uli,

thanks for your response. Can this "mode" be changed via proc code with any switch? I looked in help, but was unsuccessful...

P.S. If I try File->Print Setup there is only PRINTER with Device Type P_DEFAULT.... (How I add P_MSWINX?)

  3. Hi Dammie,

this mode can not be changed via code at all.

You have to define separate entries in the PRATT table.

The easiest way is to go to the IDF start screen and type <GOLD>P.

Then the Print Dialog will pop up with a caption "Print:UUWKSP36".

On the right side of that window, there is a Detail-Button for "Print Job Model", push it.

You see "Browse Print Job Model" where you push the  "New"-Button.

Name it "PRINTER_LAND" and enter "PRINTMAN" for the print Queue.

type in the Device Type "P_MSWINX" Or use the Detail-button and allow load of objects

The Detail-button on device_mode shows you the modes defined for this printer.

Then push OK to save the whole.

if you want to print on landscape just use the command

    print "PRINTER_LAND"

    Success, Uli
