I control my open uniface calls on a regular base,
so right now, my standard bookmarks failed
As it seems, CPWR have transferred the call tracking under their salesforce.com roof.
On the frontline home page on the lefthand side,
use "Quick Link" and "Create & View Support Cases" to find out what happens to your calls.
