Patch G312 : Assignment error when [META_charset] section is used in asn file

I'd like to warn for the following problem using patch G312 registered via bug 31552: Assignment error when [META_charset] section is used in asn file For example [META_WESTERN]

Since patch G312 idf and uniface no longer starts:

8008 - Assignment error: '7.{ = &#·.B' in .\adm\idf.asn:35
8008 - Assignment error: '.\adm\idf.asn'   We're looking to solve this problem as soon as possible.
