Allthough Uniface supports lists-within-lists since a very long time, I'm pretty sure that a standard Uniface listbox widget does not respond to such a layered structure. For the standard listbox widget, the list has to be one-dimensional.

You might be able to do something like this using the tree widget, and turning the right hand pane off...
