How can i read promille sign via text-file entity

Hi,

We have a txt-file with following content:

COLLYRE 0,5‰  5ML

With a file-load i can read the promille sign and store it in a db-table.

When i create a text file entity to read the txt-file the promille-sign is replaced: COLLYRE 0,5   5ML

Is there a way to read the promille-sign via an entity definition?
