Problem to update component editor preferences

Hi, we´re migrating to U9.4, when i tried to change some values in the component editor preferences, uniface shows me  a merge window with status=-6. Message frame contains:
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL0530N El valor de inserción o actualización de FOREIGN KEY DB2.UUSRPRF.U_USBJUSR_UUSRPRF_ no equivale a ningún valor de la clave padre de la tabla padre. SQLSTATE=23503

Could somebody help me? It´s a bug ?
